Maintenance

SILLEM offers its customers routine maintenance programs designed to ensure the regular operation of the systems throughout their entire life cycle. The frequency of interventions is adapted to the type of machine installed and the specific production needs of the customer.

Maintenance interventions can be of two types:

1. Autonomous maintenance by the customer
At the time of delivery, SILLEM provides the customer with a detailed list of routine maintenance activities that internal personnel can perform autonomously. These short-interval operations do not require the intervention of our staff and contribute to keeping the machine efficient daily.

2. Specialized maintenance by SILLEM
The interventions performed by our technical staff concern the moving parts, consumables, and mechanical and software controls that require specialized skills. We provide a detailed intervention program, including a timeline of activities and duration of stay at the customer's site, ensuring that each machine maintains optimal performance and production processes compliant with required standards.
