Every project developed by SILLEM engineers determines the definitive configuration of the machine, designed to precisely meet the customer's needs.

Every component is manufactured according to project specifications and subjected to rigorous internal quality control before moving to assembly. This phase, carried out by personnel experienced in precision mechanics, is fundamental to guarantee perfection, reliability, and durability of SILLEM machines.

Production is organized into specialized teams, each responsible for specific activities according to a detailed timeline, which dictates the entire manufacturing process. Mechanics and electricians shape the structure following the assembly diagrams provided by engineering, while programmers configure the machine to meet the specific cleaning or processing requirements requested by the customer.

The testing team refines the machine's movements by performing tests on samples provided by customers, using different types of tools and consumables, and setting pressures, speeds, and powers until the required results are obtained.

At the end of production, it is our custom to invite customers to SILLEM to directly verify the machine's operation, ensuring that it fully meets the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

Finally, each machine is packed and shipped worldwide, ready to be integrated into the customer's production line with maximum safety and reliability.
